Terms and Conditions:

Seat confirmation is subject to payment in full and on a first-come-first-served basis.
All payment must be made in the full amount, free of any deductions or withholdings, and without exercising any right of set-off. Full payment must be made at least 3 working days before the program.
Corporation for Positive Change – Asia (c/o Elite People Consultancy Limited; hereinafter as “Elite”) reserves the right to change the program arrangement if necessary. Notice will be given to participants as soon as possible.
Unless the program is canceled by Elite, all payment received are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full payment.
Substitutes are acceptable with written notice at least 5 working days before the first day of the program.
If participants have booked and paid for a program and are unable to attend on the program date, they may choose to transfer to the next program, yet the availability and status of future programs are not guaranteed. An administration fee of HK$ 1,000 of each transfer will be incurred, payable at time of the request for transfer.
Elite reserves the right to decline to accept or retain participants as members of the group at its sole discretion.
Elite shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost property or injury. Elite shall accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. Elite shall not be liable for any claims occurred in the program.
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to the copyrights) of the program contents provided Elite belong to Elite. All rights are reserved.
In reserving a place on the program by paying the program fee, participants are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by all the above conditions.
